FAQ
iFearLESS is an all-inclusive mobile application that is used as an on-demand emergency notification. As soon as the alert has been activated five of the nearest security response vehicles will be notified and the nearest one will respond immediately.
This is followed by a telephone call from the response centre to confirm the emergency. Should the call centre not reach the caller, the emergency response continues.
The mobile application will be available for download on any smartphone from both the Apple iStore and Google Playstore. For the application to work, your location services will need to be active.

The application is designed to display the details of the security responder, including the name of the response company. Similar to Uber.
It is linked to a network of emergency response units able to assist you with any emergency when the PANIC button is activated. Most of South Africa’s large security companies participate in the response program which implies that support is close by.
